By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Upload only material you own or have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use ZmarAI to break the law, infringe copyright, harass people, create sexual content involving minors, spread malware, or attempt to access other accounts or our systems.

AI output

AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review them before relying on or publishing them.

Plans and limits

Free and paid plans may have storage, job and feature limits shown in the app. Paid features are only charged after you see and accept the price.

Availability

We work to keep ZmarAI available and backed up, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
